The Centre For Ability, Rehabilitation and Empowerment (CARE) Accessible Aviation project funded by VOICE/OXFAM was Launched at an elaborate event organised in conjunction with the National Commission For Persons With Disabilities (NCPWD) to commemorate the 2021 International Day Of Disabilities.
The event, held at the Mary Hall of The Pave Hotel, Abuja was Chaired by H.E. Senator Tanko Al Makura (Former Governor of Nassarawa State and a hearing impaired PWD himself) and had in attendance, The Special Guest of Honor, H.E. Prof. Yemi Osinbajo (Represented by H.E.
